Shogunates call them Yokai. The Clans call them Sidhe. To the Junkers they are Haints. To the Aspirants that would worship them, Supernals. All across Lim, they are called Remnants, and invoke fear with just their name. They appear, like lightning, in a flash of light around Edgefalls, swarming like insects with wings and too many limbs. Still, they are not altogether alien, and many bear a humanoid form or, more dreadfully, an emotionless mask resembling a human face.
